You can easily book our accommodations directly through our website. If you have any questions regarding longer or repeated stays—for example, for business travelers—please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We'll be happy to find a customized solution for you.

The minimum stay in our accommodation is 2 days. Please feel free to contact us for any other booking requests. The maximum stay is 2 months. For longer stays, we provide a thorough weekly cleaning to ensure your comfort at all times.

Regular check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance – we will try to accommodate your request subject to availability.

In case of cancellation, the following deadlines and refund policies apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund (0% cancellation fee)

25 to 29 days before arrival: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee)

15 to 24 days before arrival: 60% refund (40% cancellation fee)

10 to 14 days before arrival: 40% refund (60% cancellation fee)

5 to 9 days before arrival: 20% refund (80% cancellation fee)

Less than 5 days before arrival: No refund (100% cancellation fee)

We provide towels and bed linen free of charge – in the appropriate number for the number of people booked. This way, you can arrive relaxed and feel at home right from the start.

Free Wi-Fi with a speed of 90 Mbps is available in the apartment. You'll either receive the password before your arrival or find it prominently displayed in the accommodation. This way, you can stay connected at all times – whether for business or pleasure.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances – here you will find everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes:

Tableware and glasses: wine, water and beer glasses, dishes, cutlery and various accessories

Cooking utensils: pans, pots, casserole dishes, pasta strainer and large bowls

Small appliances: kettle, toaster, microwave and a Nespresso machine

We also provide basic ingredients such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar free of charge. We also offer complimentary welcome drinks: still water, mineral water, coffee capsules, and tea. This will make you feel right at home.

• By car: Ötlingen is located in close proximity to the A5 motorway, allowing for quick and convenient access by car.

• By bus: From Weil am Rhein train station, bus line 12 takes you directly to Ötlingen. The line runs between "Weil am Rhein, Rathaus" and "Ötlingen (Baden), Dorfstraße."

• By plane: The nearest airports are Basel-Mulhouse (BSL) and Zurich (ZRH). Both offer international connections and are easily accessible. From there, you can reach Ötlingen either by public transport or by rental car.

A free parking space is available for our guests directly in front of the apartment. You can park your vehicle conveniently and safely in this parking lot without having to search for a nearby parking space. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, allowing you quick and easy access to your vehicle at any time. This ensures a stress-free arrival and departure during your stay with us.

Your pet is very welcome! Please let us know when booking if you plan to bring your pet. Since additional cleaning is expected, we charge a flat fee for this. This ensures that all guests—with or without pets—feel completely at home in our accommodations.

Children are very welcome in our accommodations. We place great importance on safety and have therefore equipped all electrical outlets with child safety locks. So you can sit back and relax and enjoy your stay without worry.
